Mike is a Personal Trainer and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Specialist who works with clients/patients that have chronic illness but are looking to live an optimal life filled with hope and vitality.  He has spent the past 15 years training athletes, C-level executives, seniors, children, professionals and the like who are looking to lose weight, reduce stress, inprove their gut function, sleep better, and lead a more balanced life.  He does this by working with their diet, circadian rhythm, exercise physiology, stressors and supplementation where required.  You can see some of his work over at www.mikedaciuk.com.
