One of the most controversial foods out there is soy. Thousands of research papers have been written on both the pro's and con's of soy and the debate continues to rage on. Different food advocates and "nutrition consultants" all have their opinions and they are usually based on their preference of health plan. Are you paleo, vegan, vegetarian, etc.?
