Many addicitons and behaviours can be traced back to your early childhood where you were programmed at a young age on how to behave. Your friends, relatives, neighbours, teachers, etc. all contributed to and shaped who you are as a human being today. You were in what is called a "theta state" or unconscious state and you absorbed all that was around you. We know some people didn't have the best childhood so it is very important to understand why you do what you do and how to change it if need be.
