In today's episode we look at how you can lose 10, 15 or even 20 pounds in 7-14 days. This is the routine of professional athletes or even people looking to lose weight for a major event but under the supervision of a trained professional. I always encourage and promote long term weight loss and controlled nutrition, exercise, sleep and physiology. This is for the people who want to know if it is possible and the science behind such an endeavour.
